That''s what I was afraid of... that file is pretty ugly. If you have a PEN number from iana, is there anywhere to put it or actually use it when using FDS? ----- Original Message ----- From: "George Holbert" <gholbert@broadcom.com> To: "Jared B. Might be useful to grep 99user.ldif for the OID used for your schema items, etc. Schema elements added through the console (which I''m guessing is how yours were added) are appended to 99user.ldif, and FDS doesn''t specially distinguish them from other entries in that file. Not really sure, it looks i saw the custom stuff that I did, and saw a bunch of other stuff and got scared and closed the file...... I guess I just have to do what Rich said, and pick out the stuff that I need. I would like to see a custom schema dump feature in a future release, that would be nice. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Rich Megginson" <rmeggins@redhat.com> To: "Jared B. The one we commonly use is X-ORIGIN ''some string''. The string for attributes added over LDAP is X-ORIGIN ''user defined''. You can add your own, or invent another tag like X-FARHEAP, to distinguish your schema.> > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "Rich Megginson" <rmeggins@redhat.com> > To: "Jared B.
