Works great and you can even get it to store email in sql, but I haven't really tested it much. http://www.voip-info.org/wiki-Asterisk+RealTime http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/Asterisk+Voicemail+ODBC+storage -----Original Message----- From: asterisk-users-bounces@lists.digium.com [mailto:asterisk-users-bounces@lists.digium.com] On Behalf Of unplug Sent: Friday, July 21, 2006 8:02 AM To: Asterisk Users Mailing List - Non-Commercial Discussion Subject: [asterisk-users] question about asterisk DB Hi, What is the mechanism of asterisk DB? DB stores arbitrary key/data pairs, and supports multiple data items for a single key. DB can support thousands of simultaneous threads of control manipulating databases as large as 256 terabytes, on a wide variety of systems including most UNIX-like and Windows systems as well as real-time operating systems. Well, it seams I can store 1000 Caller ID records (name + number).
