asterisk users - Nov 2004 - asterisk compile errors - pbx_dundi.c -help

Hi,

Reviewing the archives I saw /2004-October/070314.html from Tim Lewis. His error
is almost identical to mine i.e. when "make clean; make install" in
asterisk sub dir, I get the following:

pbx_dundi.c:1396: warning: implicit declaration of function `compress'
pbx_dundi.c:1397: error: `Z_OK' undeclared (first use in this function)

What does this error mean and can anyone help me??????

I'm going to make an educated guess that you don't have zlib and
zlib-development packages installed.  These are now required to be
installed for the CVS branch.
