howto change ". /etc/xen/scripts/hotplugpath.sh"

Hi,

is there any way to change ". /etc/xen/scripts/hotplugpath.sh" to 
"/usr/local/etc/xen/scripts/hotplugpath.sh" ??? Inside the
"xencommons",
"xen-watchdog" and "xendomains"  .
