I am attempiong to run world of tanks on snow leopard, but just before the game finishes loading a battle, wine crashes with the message, "Internal error, invalid parameters received." I understand peope get similar problems on ubuntu and there's a workaround on that OS, but what about Mac OSX? Also, here's the log of the crash: Code: wine: Unhandled page fault on read access to 0x00000000 at address 0x0 (thread 001f), starting debugger... ImportError: No module named BWAutoImport Can't attach process 000c: error 5 I have no idea what any of it means.

My WINE is version 1.1.44
basketcase3 wrote:> My WINE is version 1.1.44That version is very old and no longer supported here. Upgrade to the latest development release.

I didn't know I had to delete that. I'll give it a try right now.

still the same error: "the program worldoftanks.exe has encountered a serious problem and needs to close" This is after switching to the macports distribution and creating a new .wine directory (and typing winetricks d3dx9_36 vcrun2008 corefonts to add some needed libraries).

Here you go http://pastebin.com/v3unHAHM
Any updates on this? I get the same error when trying to start WorldOfTanks.exe in wine. I have patched source (raw2.patch and remove-GL_ARB_map_buffer_range patch), built from git (wine-1.3.27) and installed all wintricks suggested in the howto in the AppDB. Installation of World of tanks did not show any errors I use Snow Leopard 10.6.8
