Plot is lost when fitting block as error
G'day, Plot doesn't seem to work when I specify block as an error term, but does if I load block into the model as the first factor (see code below). Is there some way to make plot work with the fancier model specification? Also, if anyone knows how to get SEDs for this model I would really like to know. response<-c(rnorm(5,5,2),rnorm(5,12,2),rnorm(5,18,2),rnorm(5,12,2))

Impossible or Possible to Securely Erase File on Btrfs?
Hi, After reading through the btrfs documentation I''m curious to know if it''s possible to ever securely erase a file from a btrfs filesystem (or ZFS for that matter). Tukey multiple comparisons
I am embarrassed to have to ask this but can anyone tell me of a Tukey multiple comparisons procedure available for R? I have looked through the search page, through the FAQ, and in the index of V&R (1999), and I still can't find such a thing. I see there is a ptukey function and a qtukey function but that is as far as I got. Do I need to roll my own? -- Douglas Bates

Bugs/issues with model.tables() (PR#8275)
Based on what follows, the most favourable construction is that the documentation, by failing to say that the function should be used only for completely balanced designs, is deficient. Even for such designs, there is a bug that needs correction. The discussion is lengthy because I think it important to document, at least wrt effects and means, exactly what model.tables() does. My preference is
