collumn error when exporting to Excel

In the procedure my column structure is however lost and all results are placed together into the first Excel column. Need ideas on how to show spikes in my data and how to code it in R

adjusting color palette
Is there a way to increase the "sensitivity" of the color palette in order to more clearly represent certain sections of data?
