I'd like to have all the axes values auto-hide, but I want to plot a series of characters instead of the values of the measurement for 2 of the axes. It would nice to have something like "par(mfrow=c(1,2))" for basic plots, or an array framework for wireframe(lattice) (see example below). I only managed to overlap two persp3d plots.
