4.0 stopped working after updating xubuntu 13.04
Hi I got some strange issues on my samba4.0.1 install yesterday. It happened a while after updating my xubuntu server 13.04 not 13.10. Everything seems to be working fine except shares. Kerberos authentication seem to function properly, also DNS works fine but shares seem semi-broken. I can't mount any shares on my Windows box, including netlogon, profiles. I have one share that is

DISA and AGI: authenticate by caller ID?
I'm having trouble getting an AGI exec command to spawn app_disa. The script executes properly, but does not spawn DISA. The CLI gives no helpful clues. Am I doing the exec incorrectly? I want to have a way to authenticate callers to the extension by Caller ID... if their caller ID is in my database and set to active, they can call out. [like a calling card but auth'd by CID instead

[LLVMdev] Phi + Select Optimization
Hi all, I've just written a small enhancement to SimplifyPHINode. The idea is the following: If we have this: a = phi(X, X, undef, undef, X, undef) X = select cond, sth, a or this: a = phi(X, X, undef, undef, X, undef) X = select cond, a, sth we can replace the phi by 'a' and the select by 'sth'. Why does this work? Well, in those cases where control-flow happens to

[LLVMdev] Phi + Select Optimization
Hi Roland, > If we have this: > > a = phi(X, X, undef, undef, X, undef) such a phi should already be replaced by X if X dominates this basic block. Is this not the case? Or does each X here not necessary represent the same value? Ciao, Duncan. > X = select cond, sth, a > > or this: > > a = phi(X, X, undef, undef, X, undef) > X = select cond, a, sth > > we can

Updating R-Software without complete new installation
Hallo, as I see there is a new version for R available. Can anyone tell me how I can update my version 2.5.0 under Windows? The last times I just uninstalled the old version and installed the new one. Afterwards I had to install also all needed packages again. All in all it cost me half a day until my system works fine again. Is there a quicker option? If yes please tell me the commands. Thanks,

Please, remind a function name
Sorry, I'm stuck. :) I am writing a function, which would fit either one linear model or another one, depending on its argument model.type. And I don't want to use several if's, because R allows doing it with much more beauty. That is I am looking for prettier alternative to the following AB2C<-function(a,b,model.type="S") { # or HK, and return NULL if this argument has

What is "print print print" ?
Hi all. What is "print print print"? I don't see output of the print command in for loop and have found this link: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1816200/chisq-test-doesnt-print-results-when-in-a-loop It describes a problem, similar to mine. My problem. I want to execute print command in for loop. If I copy for loop body with print() and paste it to console, I don't see

how to image.plot a XY grid file into a lat-lon map
Hi All, I have a netcdf gridded file with LCC projection. I can easily use image.plot to visualize it. However, as the axises are in X,Y, not Lat and Lon, I could not add state or country maps onto it (or lat lon information). I do have a grid2d file that describes the lat and lon for each (X,Y) grid, but the lat and lon are not regularly spaced, so I could not use image.plot. Does anyone know

Possible to "import" histograms in R?
Hi, I have a large amount of data that I would like to create a histogram of and plot and do things with in R. It is pretty much impossible to read the data into R, so I have written a program to bin the data and now have a list of counts in each bin. Is it possible to somehow import this into R and use hist(), so I can, for instance, plot the probability density? I have looked at the help page

graphic for the R profiler
Hello all, I just wanted to share a small perl script that generates a dot file from the result of the R profiler. The dot file can than be used to create a graphical display of the profiling. You can save this file in the bin directory of your R installation and then create a graph, for example an SVG by piping the output of the script to dot: $ R CMD Rprof2dot Rprof.out | dot -Tsvg >

use 'lapply' to creat 2 new columns based on old ones in a data frame
There is a dataset 'm', which has 3 columns: 'index', 'old1' and 'old2'; I want to create 2 new columns: 'new1' and 'new2' on this condition: if 'index'==i, then 'new1'='old1'+add[i]. 'add' is a vector of numbers to be added to old columns, e.g. add=c(10,20,30 ...) Like this: index old1 old2 new1

Need help regarding perl sys::virt
Hi, I wanted to use perl Sys::Virt (which uses libvirt) to remotely connect KVM hypervisor. As a start I tried following simple script(KVM.pl) but I am getting following error. First it will ask for authentication which I am providing to it manually then it fails. Do I need to do some configuration on KVM hypervisor before executing this script? Any help is appreciated. bash-3.2$
