I have two issues. 1-I am trying to use morphology to identify gender. I have 9 variables, both continuous and categorical. I was using two-step cluster analysis in SPSS because two-step could deal with different types of variables. Hi List, i am locking for a GUI for R. I have a Debian Woody 3.0 and running R 1.5.1. In office i am using SPSS 9.0 for several years now after Systat for short time and now i would use a statistic software under Linux at home. There was used a lot of manpower to develop those programs. I have had Adobe Acrobat Reader 7.0.1 installed on my CentOS 4.2 desktop and it worked fine. After upgrading to 4.3, I can't get it to come up anymore.
