Has anyone written a matrix editor or data.entry() replacement using the Tk table widget? I've been playing around with the examples at http://bioinf.wehi.edu.au/~wettenhall/RTclTkExamples/tktable.html and making some progress, but I'd rather not spend much time on this if someone else has already done it. Hi Everyone, I have been using the "tree" package for a while with no problems until now. When I run predict(tree, newdata), I get an error with the message "Corrupt tree" for about 50% of the trees that I generate with tree. For other trees, the predict function completes with no errors. I haven't identified a correlation between the corrupt trees and the working tree.

What is the best code available for simple general purpose manipulation of tree (and/or directed graph) data structures in R? Looking through CRAN, I see a bunch of packages for stastical regression trees, but nothing that seems to provide an API for manipulating tree data structures. What I'm looking for is something along the lines of an R version of the Tcllib ::struct::tree API available

Hi, I'm developing an R/TclTk application which uses the BWidget and Tktable Tk extensions and I'm trying to make it easy to install. For now, I'm focusing on Windows users who start with nothing. Dear All When drawing a classification tree with plot(mytree) text(mytree) the conditions are written just before the nodes branch. Hi all, I used rpart to fit a model, where the covariates in the model are categorical variables. Then I plotted the tree (mytree) and used the command "text" to add labels to the tree.
