Simulation with cpm package
Hi, I am running the following code based on the cpm vignette's code. I believe the code is syntactically correct but it just seems to hang R. I can get this to run if I set the sims to 100 but with 2000 it just hangs. Any ideas why? unable to call R t-test from Java

Runnning R remotely
Hi, I was wondering if anyone might be able to help. I am trying to run R on a remote machine, part of the model run I am attempting writes an external file output as a png (about 48 iterations per model run).
