Hi all, I fitted a model say with five xc<-lm( y~x1,x2,x3,x4,x5) I want to plot the residuals for each factor and I used this, plot(xc,residuals=TRUE,se=TRUE,pch=".") I only get the plot of the last factor (i.e., x5). I think it is overwriting. How can I send the five plots into a file? I usually use cut and paste and this may not be the right thing to do. Hi, I want to call R from Perl to generate plots to be displayed on a webpage. What I found out so far is that there is a package called RSPerl on www.omegahat.org which should do what I need. However in the description it says it has been tested with R 1.3.* the latest. I'm using R 1.8.0 right now so the package seems rather unmaintained. It is not easy for me to just install it and see

I am keen to look at Rcgi as I want to put up some simple bits of R to do prescribed tasks on HTML form input. Rweb is overkill and worryingly flexible for what I want and it sounds as if Rcgi is more what I need. However, I can't get any of the URLs I've found for it to work over the last few days. The Rserve documentation at http://rosuda.org/Rserve/doc.shtml#start states that even when making multiple connections to the Rserve, Windows won't separate workspaces physically and share environments, which will obviously cause problems and should therefore not be used.
