Set Colour of Histogram Bars (lattice)
Hello there, I have a bunch of histogram bars that I'd like the first to be a certain colour, second to be another colour, third to be a third colour, and repeat for all my 39 bars. I thought this was the way to go, but I get the same cyan coloured bars for all the bars. I did a vector of 3 colours, hoping it'd recycle them for the other bars. > levels(forPlot$type) [1]

liner regression for multiple keys
a1 is the first key in input. second column is x-axis and 3rd is y-axis and 4th is its corresponding key. Now for every key in 1st column I would like to calculate LR that gives p value. I tried to manage with a single key. But my problem is that How could I manage multiple keys in input. Thanx in advance input a1 1 2.5 x a1 2 3.5 x a1 3 4.5 x a1 1 2.6 x a1 2 3.8 x b1 1 4.6 y

barplot with more than 1 variable
Dear R listers, I am trying to produce a simple (for a stata user) barplot with 4 countries on the x axis, each country observed in 2 subsequent years and 3 variables. Basically, I should have three bars for each year for each country. I am attaching the chart I made in Stata, but I am not sure you'll manage to see it! I did the following: #here I create the data-set TUSE2. The vectors mw, st

[LLVMdev] GC infrastructure checked in
Everything described in GarbageCollection.html should now be live. Phew! The collectors could use a review, but they compile, have no impact unless used, and tests would otherwise have had to be XFAILed waiting on them. The ShadowStackCollector has one issue that may be of interest in that it adds constant globals in a runOnFunction context. This is bad in theory, but actually is

Interesting Note
OK, so right, I shouldn't have let Wine be able to write to the Fat32 hard drive, now I know for next time. The question is, though, why did it do that? What happened was, I was running notepad.exe in Wine, and I went to open a text file. Every folder that I browsed through, Wine removed its contents and placed it into something like $!$!$!$!$!.333, the 333 being the first three digits of the

C7 and mdadm - apparently SOLVED
Looking around on the Web, what I just tried was to stop the RAID, then do an --assemble --scan, and *that* found everything, put the raid together, and appears to be rebuilding using the new drive. *phew* I do find it interesting that scan works, but explicitly assembling apparently remembers the drive that died, and wouldn't even look at it. mark

Thanks for the suggestions Trevor. Reformatting in case someone else has problem too: MY COMMENTS are in CAPS to make easier to understand. .*(U said) ..(snips...)... a) I (had) same problem, if I remember correctly, my trusted accounts had names too long (>14 characters) (1) and there was a CAPS issue, make sure all is correct, even if windows forces caps when you're using lowercase.
