Beginner needs help !

I tried various rpms for wine (from fedora extras, from newrpms.sunsite.dk, and from winehq), with always the same conclusion : I am unable to run anything, even winecfg. hi, I have configured a routed network on my laptop with a ipv6 subnet and dnsmasq is handing out ipv6 addresses to my vms and it works really wel, but finding out which ips have been used is not as easy as with ipv4. How to see the sfq hash table ?
I''m grappling with a problem that looks like sfq is not working (packets don''t get fairly queued, they appear to be always sent FIFO). My configuration appears to be correct.
