Video Playback devices supporting Speex audio
Hello, I have dozens of video files that were encoded using the speex format of audio and can not seem to find any video playback devices that support speex lol. Literally every playback device I've encountered (mac, 10.10.2) plays the videos w no sound.
Do you know of any playback devices for the mac format that support speex?

UDP Trackers
Hi,
I''ve been making a Ruby bittorrent client using gtk2 and of course
rubytorrent. One snag that I have run into is udp trackers (i.e. udp:// ). I
was just wondering if you have plans to implement this?
Thanks,
Steve

Zoomable chart
Hi, I would like to create an interactive bubble chart from a Rails-
based database. I''ve spent quite a lot of time browsing the posts both
here and on rubyforums for similar queries, but haven''t really found a
definitive answer yet. I would like each point to be clickable, and
would like users to be able to zoom and navigate within the chart. We
would prefer not to use Flash for

numerous errors on newly built md volume
I'm constructing a raid 5 of 3 160gb sata drives. They're connected to
a promise sx4 150 card, using the kernel drives (not promise's binary
only drivers).
the raid builds fine, as does creation of the ext3 filesystem.
however, if i then run e2fsck (with the -f option since the filesystem
is brand new) i get thousands of these type of errors:
Inode 15461 has imagic flag set.

Jk2 v1.02 and v1.04
Well guys, got myself in an annoying situation here. I'm using Ubuntu and i installed Wine. Then i installed Jk2 (Star Wars Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast) and it worked straight away! I could play online on v1.02. I didn't try v1.04, because v1.04 is for nubs lol. Anyway, the next day i tried to refresh the server list and nothing shown up. So i updated to v1.04 to have a look if it could

Using Rsync With SSH?
I'll try to be as clear as possible with what I need to do and what I
need.
I have a depot server with HP depots that I need to replicate. The
only part I need help with is setting up Rsync to use SSH to
replicate the data from system a and everything under /depot to
system b /depot. Basically just copy directory /depot from one box
to the other using SSH. I'll need this to be ran

NTP Service Running on Local Host does not Sync System Time
Hi List
I have ntp running as a service on a PC, with the expectation that it
would keep time in synch to my ntp server.
However, while I can manually update the time using "ntpdate -u ...",
I find that if I manually force the wrong time, the ntpd service does
not automatically re-synch the system time with the ntp server:

[LLVMdev] Cute LLVM feature that may be useful for 426 people
This is an FYI to all people who are writing LLVM passes (mostly 426
people) about a useful feature of LLVM.
The "Support/StatisticReporter.h" file provides two useful features that
you may want to make use of in your pass
(http://llvm.cs.uiuc.edu/doxygen/StatisticReporter_8h-source.html):
1. Statistics output - Often you may run your pass on some big program,

Tip, may even be useful
Here''s something that caused me a couple of hours of head-scratching
today:
Apparently, if your model doesn''t derive from ActiveRecord, it is NOT
reloaded for each operation in the development environment.
I was working with something that uses a single model per session, and
stores its data in the session. I kept wondering why I didn''t see my
changes. Finally, I

Please may you help me setup VPS
I am new to Linux so I do not have any special preferences.
Yes I have a root access and the VPS is un managed.
I am newbie to the Linux world.
I will have a new website or maybe 3.
I've found that un managed costs vary a lot, as I've found various ways
for settings ... some using Xen, others using OpenVZ, and other using
Virtuozzo and I found that it all vary regarding Ram allocations
