Anyway to make hitting `0` during a voice mail dial an extension? The bosses used to have that feature and love it. Their VM prompt would say: "Hello, My name is blah blah. I am currently unavailable. If you would like to speak to an operator press 0 now, otherwise leave me a message". Extension 0 exists, but dialing it during a VM prompt does nothing. I am having trouble updating packages for R 2.8.1 in Windows XP. Note that I *am* able to update packages for R 2.7.0 (see bottom of posting) so this is not an Internet proxy problem. The steps I took were to (a) Copy over packages from my existing (2.7.0) library subdiretory to the R 2.8.1 library subdirectory. This included a long list of packages including RODBC, rpart, RGraphViz, ggplot2
