Repeated measures in nlme vs SAS Proc Mixed with AR1 correlation structure
Hi all, I don't know if anyone has any thoughts on this. I have been trying to move from SAS Proc Mixed to R nlme and have an unusual result. I have several subjects measured at four timepoints. I want to model the within-subject correlation using an autoregressive structure. I've attached the R and SAS code I'm using along with the results from SAS. With R lme I get an estimate of

Converting ddf/dct/sas data definition file to R
Dear all, I was wondering whether anyone knows about a program which converts (part of) a data definition file (such as a .dct file for stata, or .sas file for sas) into an R-script. Here is an example with a .sas file: <-- snipp VALUE HTYPE (default=32) 0 = "Not in household" 1 = "Married couple family household" 2 =

read.ssd() from foreign package
Hi, I am encountering a confusing problem when I tried to use read.ssd to read SAS datasets. For one SAS dataset "a.sas7bdat", it did not work; while for another SAS dataset "b.sas7bdat" it worked: > tmp<-read.ssd("C:\\SASdata", "a",sascmd="C:/Program >Files/SAS/SASFoundation/9.2/sas.exe") SAS failed. Re: Anyone seen build hangs (esp armv7, s390x) in Fedora?
[Dropping devel, adding libguestfs] This can be reproduced on x86-64 so I can reproduce it locally. It only appears to happen when the tests are run under rpmbuild, not when I run them as ‘make check’, but I'm unclear why this is. As Eric described earlier, the test runs two copies of nbdkit and a client, connected like this: qemu-img info ===> nbdkit nbd ===> nbdkit example1

[LLVMdev] migrating from autoconf to cmake+ninja
I want to start using cmake+ninja instead of autoconf for configuring and building llvm from svn, but I have no idea how to map my existing list of autoconf flags to cmake. Here's how I run ./configure right now in the top directory: PREFIX=_some_prefix_dir_ \ ../llvm/configure \ --prefix=$PREFIX \ --libdir=$PREFIX/lib/llvm \ --sysconfdir=$PREFIX/etc \ --enable-shared \

SAS data
Hello, I am trying to read the SAS file MyData.sa7bdat in R! This file is saved under D:\data! I therefore wrote > path <-"D:/SasData" > sashome <- "C/Progra, Files/SAS Institute/9_1/SAS" > sascmd <- file.path(sashome, "sas.exe") > MyData <- read.ssd(path, "MyData", sascmd=sascmd) The results what I get:

Problem with bargraph.CI in Sciplot package
Hi there, I wonder if anyone can help me. I'm trying to use bargraph.CI in the Sciplot package when there is a missing combination of the factor levels. Unfortunately the standard errors on the plot do not appear to be correct. Consider an analysis consisting of two factors A and B. When all factor level combinations are present all appears fine: library(sciplot) #all data

Added DHCPINFO Tables to the lua.c32 Implementation - syslinux-4.04
Greetings All. We wanted to be able to parse the DHCP values and options and write a lua script based on the information found. We are also using the CPU flags, but thankfully in at least version 4.04 there is already some CPU value parsing even if it isn't documented. Using the information from the CPU table we wanted to be able to choose the kernel to boot. Using the DHCP table

[LLVMdev] Unit test patch, updated
Here's the version of the unit test patch, incorporating the feedback I have received so far. Some notes on the patch: - This patch doesn't include googletest itself, that will need to be checked in separately. The source distribution will live in llvm/utils/unittest/googletest. (The reason for the extra directory level is so that the LLVM-specific makefiles can live in

How to display y-axis labels in Multcomp plot
Dear R-users, I'm currently using the multcomp package to produce plots of means with 95% confidence intervals i.e. mult<-glht(lm(response~treatment, data=statdata), linfct=mcp(treatment="Means")) plot(confint(mult, calpha = sig)) Unfortunately the y-axis on the plot appears to be fixed and hence if the labels on the y-axis (treatment levels) are too long, then they are not

broadcast packets from domU duplicated?
I''m running a nevada b99 guest on a nevada b99 host. The guest is configured as a dhcp client. When I snoop in dom0 while the guest boots, I see two back-to-back DHCPREQUEST packets issued by the guest. The first of the two packets has an empty UDP checksum; otherwise they seem identical.
