Using MDSplot from randomForest to classify samples
I am using randomForest to classify (relapse vs non-relapse) patients. I
have built a forest using a training data and now want to predict classes in
a test dataset. Instead of using the resulting randomForest object. I was
wondering if there is a way to use the MDSplot. From looking at the MDS plot
it seems like I could draw some lines through the plot to define 'high
risk',

Dataset$total <- with(Dataset, if (col>1) 5 else 6)

gracias.

virsh migrate results in error: Timed out during operation: cannot acquire state change lock
Hi all,
Hi have one computer hosting several VM, this particular server is in
need of maintenance and has to be shutdown.
In order to avoid disrupting the services provided by the VM I intended
to migrate the VM to another computer.
Computer 1 and 2 do not share any storage. So it is necessary to migrate
not only the memory but also any data on the hard-drive.
Both computers are running

recomendación de librerías para mapas en Shiny
Hola

predict.tree
I have a classification tree model similar to the following (slightly
simplified here):
> treemod<-tree(y~x)
where y is a factor and x is a matrix of numeric predictors. They have
dimensions:
> length(y)
[1] 1163
> dim(x)
[1] 1163 75
I?ve evaluated the tree model and am happy with the fit. I also have a
matrix of cases that I want to use the tree model to classify. Call it
