There is a series of data contains time in fixed step and energy varying with time, how to test its periodicity?In R, it seems there is no direct tools since I have search the R manual with periodic and I have not found any related topic. Thanks a lot

ts() defunct in R 2.5.0?
Hi! I have written an R-package (http://tocsy.agnld.uni-potsdam.de/wavelets/index.html) in R 2.4.1 that requires the ts() function. Users using R 2.5.0 now have a problem installing this package. I checked the package using R 2.5.0: _______________________________________________________ * Installing *source* package 'sowas' ... ** libs gcc -std=gnu99

How I select the noctave, nvoice, w0, s0,...? I hope my question is clear enough. Thank you very much beforehand. Angela -- View this message in context:

how to estimate multidimensional spectral measure of coherence
Please, does anyone know of an R packge to estimate multidimensional spectral measure of coherence within a moving time window ? Some time ago I expeimented with a similar package that performs Cross Spectrum Analysis on the whole signal though. Unluckily I deal with non-stationary signals whose properties change along with time. Therefore estimates can only be made over time periods roughly
