R won't recognize the order
Dear R experts, I was just wondering why R is not picking up the order that I am putting in. Total ordering is the first argument of the sinDAG function from the package 'SIN'. Description of sinDAG This function computes the matrix of simultaneous p-values for SIN model selection for acyclic directed graphs (DAGs). SIN assumes that a total ordering of the variables is available (e.g.,

nouveau doesn't recognize my hdmi monitor
I have an ASUS UX50V laptop with a "NVIDIA Corporation: G98M [GeForce G 105M]" video card. Linux Mint 18.1 64-bit is installed with xserver-xorg-video-nouveau 1:1.0.12-1build2. The Nouveau driver does not seem to be recognizing my HDMI monitor that's plugged in. Here's the output of xrandr: Screen 0: minimum 8 x 8, current 1366 x 768, maximum 32767 x 32767 LVDS1 connected

Maybe OT - routing calls in PSTN
I have a Vitelity DID which generally works, but calls from a particular caller do not reach it. Vitelity has thus far disavowed any responsibility for working through this problem. I recognize that some action might be required by another provider which is outside Vitelity's control, but it seems that they should at least be trying to help resolve the problem by helping me determine

R doesn't recognize R_HOME value
Upgraded to 2.15.1 from 2.15.0 this morning, on Windows 7. I'm setting R_HOME in Control Panel, and before the upgrade, 2.15.0 recognized the value with no problems and would use it to find rprofile.site, etc. Now, after upgrade, neither .0 nor .1 recognize it at all. From the cmd line, Windows indicates it is definitely set to the value I've specified. Anyway, as a result, R is not

R doesn't recognize utils functions, such as arrayIndex( )
Hi all, When I called arrayIndex(20:23, dim=c(4,3,3)), it says "Error: could not find function "arrayIndex"in R". So I called ls("package:utils") to see the functions inside: [1] "?" [2] "adist" [3] "alarm" [4] "apropos" [5] "aregexec" [6] "argsAnywhere" [7] "arrangeWindows" [8]

Why does LLVm 3.8.0 recognize fputs_unlocked as a vararg function?
Considering F represents the function fputs_unlocked() in an LLVM pass, => F->isVarArg() returns true => F->getNumParams() returns 0 => *F returns declare i32 @fputs_unlocked(...) The signature of fputs_unlocked from man page is: int fputs_unlocked(const char *s, FILE *stream); Can anybody explain why fputs_unlocked() is recognized as a vararg method while it accepts two fixed

mountmgr doesn't recognize d:: link to /dev/sr0
I am a Fedora 13 user, so HAL automounts CDROMs and DVDROMs on /media/<LABEL> (this node is also dynamically created and removed from the /media/ directory as needed). II would like to assign a device drive letter to /dev/sr0 to reference any CD or DVD when inserted (e.g. d:: --> /dev/sr0), instead of having to manually create a symlink to the dynamically created /media/<LABEL>

Bug? Background() doesn't recognize D tone.
I finally figured out my extension D issue. The extension works fine as long as Background() has finished playing. But during playback, the "D" tone is not recognized. Is there any way to configure this? Is this a bug?

antispam plugin doesn't recognize spam folder
After a recent upgrade to dovecot 2.2.9 (caused by an ubuntu upgrade to 14.04), the antispam plugin has stopped recognizing my spam folders as spam. I see the plugin initializes properly, but when moving a message, the mailbox_is_spam() function always returns 0. The version of dovecot-antispam that ships with ubuntu is 2.0+20130822-2build1. I also compiled the latest version in the git

Now I am fully confused I want to use ACL's on my filesystem but I can not make a Samba installation that reads my smb.conf file. I have the same problems with the Samba 2.2.3 CVS.
