Nemenyi test for two way layout data.
I am trying to do a Nonparametric Nemenyi test for multiple comparison in a two way layout data because I need to know the exact distribution. I don?t know if this test is in the R software. I just found a Nemenyi test for a one way design. But in Hollander book the Nemenyi test is in page 253 for to way layout data.
Thank you for your help.

I have a little problem with the installation of a new packages. The
installation of R software is correct, but my server required authentication

Is there a code or process for server authentication (put my login and
password) in R for download directly the packages?

data format
Hi,
How can I analyze the data collected in database formatting (with labels)
rather than splitted by individual columns (almost in excel)?
For example (comma separated data);
Label,Value
Good,10
Bad,12
Good,15
Good,18
Good,12
Bad,15
Bad,10
etc...
ks.test or chisq.test can be done.
Splitting the data into new columns is not applicable cos' I'll use
R-integration in another software.

How to overlap two density plots?
Hi,
How can I overlap two density plots?
A <- c(8,10,10,11,11,11,12,12,12,12,11,11,11,10,10,7)
B <- c(11,13,13,14,14,14,15,15,15,15,14,14,14,13,13,10)
plot(density(A))
plot(density(B))
Regards,
Emre
P.S. There's a overlap.density function in package DAAG
Is there another way to do this?
