Four paramete logistics.
Hi, I have to do a four point logistics for a dataset. All I have is the absorbance value for different proteins and need to get the four Point values. I have no idea where to start. Any suggestions would be much helpful. discrepancy in the result of R and SAS on same data in logistics regression
Dear Members, Greetings! I have come across a discrepancy shown by R and SAS results on same data for logistics regression.. When I processed the above csv file(1000.csv) for predicting the Action (i/c) by Age Group(1-7,Na) and Gender(M,F,Na) with GLM of R I get: R result Call: glm(formula = Action ~ Gender + AgeGroup, family = binomial, data = mydata1, na.action = na.pass) Deviance

Calculating Sensitivity, Specificity, and Agreement from Logistics Regression Model
Hi, Assume I have a variable Y having two discrete values and two predictor variables x1 and x2. I then do a logistic regression model fit as: fit<-glm(Y~x1+x2,family=binomial). Are there functions in R than calculate the Sensitivity, Specificity , and Agreement of the model "fit"? Which questions is classified about 3 factor (2 level each) and the subject score with 2 scale (not integer value is possible but rare): Val range -7 to 7 and other Car range 1 to 7.
