The installation of a new version does not change the language setting though I think I've chosen "English" in the installation process (this choice was available, right?). Dear R users: Sorry for this simple question: I am writing a function where I would need to pickup p values and make -log10 of it. The p values are from an anova output and sometime it can yield me 0. -log10 (0) [1] Inf I can not replace Inf with 0, which not case here. repeat(?) measurement ANOVA or (general? mixed?) linear model?
Hi all, after browsing the archives for hours I'm still not sure about the proper analysis for my dataset. I subjected each of about 50 critters (about 10 each in 5 distinct populations) to 4 consecutive treatments (exposure to increasing concentrations), with one measurement per treatment and individual.
