logistic regression
Hello
1*
I need to use logistic regression. But
my data file is very huge( appx. 4 million line).
R doesn't handle such a file.
What can I do ?

So, I thought whether I could perform sta. analyses on summarised
data (count of yes/no values) of the huge file. Normally, summarised
data file short and R could handle it.
Then I used this command.

R commands from a text file ?
Hello
I was wondering if it was possible to enter R commands from an external
text file. If it is possible, it will be easy for repetetive tasks.
Does anyone have an idea ?
thanks in advance

log-linear
hello
I have spatial data which contain
number of landslide presence cells with respect to landslide
predictors and
number of landslide absence cells with respect to same predictors.
predictors are essentially categorical data.
I tried logistic regression. But because of providing interaction
capability
of predictors, I want to use log-linear method.
I hesitate the way I should use

I need to make plots with grid in the background.

subset a defined row plus the aforegoing
Hello,
my data is sorted by start.ens (see below). And now I would like to extract
all rows (so called* defined row*s) with type==Expression - subset (df,
type==Expression) - and the aforegoing type==DNase HS (which is not
necessarly row n-1 - assumung that the defined row is n). I dont know how
to add this to my subset command.
Is that possible?
Thanks Hermann

Interpolation of azimuth values
Hello
I will make an interpolation of data which represents azimuth direction
( angle from north in clockwise direction) values.
But there is a problem.
Say, for instance, while 1 and 359 indicate somewhat same direction,
interpolation puts values
in the range from 1 to 359. What can I do to solve the problem ?
Anything you offer ?
thanks in advance

operating on a subset of a dataframe
Hi everyone,
I've got a dataframe with columns of different types. A certain number
of columns in the dataframe hold the results of a series of Likert-type
items. I've got a function that will print a simple table of frequencies
and I want to apply that function to those columns of the dataframe
only. What's the best approach?

How to add new AVR targets?
Is there anything I can do about it?
BTW: gcc is loosing the AVR backend, so I would assume, there will be a
greater interest to this in llvm compared to the past.
Thanks,
