Hi, How to join two large vectors ordered, where one has the variable's levels and another has the frequencies, in way similar to that showing by table function in R console? and considering this two vectors how to use summary function to produce statistical informations like mean, sd, min, max and quartile? Dear R-Listers, I am very confused with what seems to be a misuse of the faceting options with gplot function and I hope you might help me on this. z contains various simulation results from simulations with different set of parameters. I can save to png, TIFF and jpg but get an error "Error: invalid graphics state" when trying to save as pdf and I have to restart R. This happens when I add mtext lines. There are a few other questions e.g. I want to move the mtext on side 1 to the left, but that is the main issue for now. I'm not using the ylab inside gplot.hexbin because it writes over the numbers on the axis.

Hello, Maybe I missed something - most likely .:-( I create a gplot and then makes some changes to the plot using grid graphics functions. These changes show up on the display OK, but when I save using ggsave() the grid changes do not show up. How do I save the plot with these changes?
