color2D.matplot not giving colors
I am using color2D.matplot to plot a matrix about 400 by 200. The values in the matrix are 0:5 and NA. The resulting plot is not color, but shaded b/w. How to set Color scale for color2D.matplot()
Hello, everyone. I am trying to show the correlation matrix using color2D.matplot(). And I want to map (0,1) to (dark red to dark green). NAs in color2D.matplot
Hi, I am trying to plot a large matrix by using color2D.matplot. A substantial part of the matrix has no data (NAs). However, when trying to plot it, I get an error. Hi, I am using color2D.matplot (...) function of "plotrix" package. I used a matrix of size around 20*20 However, apparently it failed to visualize the matrix and gave the following exception, which I don't have any idea about possible source of this error. color2D.maplot fixed color range
Dear all, I have -one matrix sr ([200,200]) which is the original file -25 matrixes estimatedsr ([200,200]) which are an estimation of the sr. As I am plotting these matrixes I want to have ONE common way that the cells are colored. Eg. Values from 10-20--> red color, 20-30-->blue color (or something like that). Hi, I apologise in advance for the na?ve question. I have large matrices that I want to plot. I currently use color2D.matplot. However, these matrices contain many values of no interest (i.e. where there is no data, the figure -999 is automatically displayed). plotting issues with PCA
Hi Listers, This has a simple answer but it has been eluding me nonetheless. I have been building a PCA plot from scratch with the ability to plot predefined groups in different colors. Hexagon border in plotrix's math2D.plot
