I think a simple question
I have index ( of a vector ) values of say tempin<-c(1 31 61 91 121 all the way upto 1411) What I want is a function that takes in a number say, x = 5, and gives me an new vector of tempout<-1 6 31 36 91 96 121 126 .......... 1411 1416 This can't be so hard but I can't get it and I've honestly tried. Obviously, tempin + 5 gives me the missing values but I

Dotmatrix Plots
Hi all, Does anyone know what happened to the dna library or the dotmatrix function? For the life of me, I can't find it anywhere with the exception of this reference: http://rss.acs.unt.edu/Rdoc/library/dna/html/dotmatrix.html Thanks! ggplot2: how to label lines?
Hi, all, Let's say I have some time series data--10 subjects measured 20 times--that I plot as follows: library(ggplot2) dat <- data.frame(subject=as.factor(rep(1:10, each=20)), time=rep(1:20, 10), measure=as.vector(replicate(10, rnorm(20, mean=runif(1, 0, 15), sd=runif(1, 1, 3))))) p <- qplot(time, measure, data=dat, colour=subject, geom="line") p What would be the

[RFC PATCH v1 2/2] armv7(float): Optimize encode usecase using NE10 library
Hi Timothy, Appreciate the comprehensive code review. The biggest issue I see is the peak stack usage.... rest looks like fairly straight forward cleanup. Is the peak stack usage a complete blocker in current form? If it is indeed a blocker, would it be acceptable if we can reduce additional buffer requirement from 2 buffers (current) to 1, possibly by moving scaling inside

opus Digest, Vol 72, Issue 17
Hi all, I have already added support for scaled forward non-power-of-2 floating-point FFT: https://github.com/projectNe10/Ne10/commit/79c3d787302f8d74b9bcfe6545d487cdf1b101d9 Two flags are added to cfg structure: is_forward_scaled and is_backward_scaled. By setting is_forward_scaled to anything but zero, ne10_fft_c2c_1d_float32_neon will scale the output. So we can remove need for one buffer on

g729
I installed a hardware g729 codec card in my asterisk, and I'm getting the following error when calling from a g729 sip extension to a SIP trunk also set to g729. The call goes through just fine, but these error messages keep flying by until I disconnect the call. Any ideas? [RFC PATCH v1 0/2] Encode optimize using libNE10
Hello opus-dev, I've been cooking up this patchset to integrate NE10 library into opus. Current patchset focuses on encode use case mainly effecting performance of clt_mdct_forward() and opus_fft() (for float only) Glad to report the following on Encode use case: (Measured on my Beaglebone Black Cortex-A8 board) - Performance improvement for encode use case ~= 12.34% (Based on time -p

When calls come in via ISDN the destination phone does ring but the caller hears no ringing tone, once the SIP phone is answered everything works as expected. Calls from SIP phone to SIP phone internally do let the caller hear a ringing tone. With full asterisk logging enables the logs show: Aug 10 17:43:44 VERBOSE[1810]

Migrating to dovecot
I do not have much experience in setting up imap servers - only that I have tried several and experienced the same problem with all of them. I suppose that is because I do not really know the in's and out's of an imap server. What I want to do is to setup an IMAP server on my PC with full access to all the emails already there in a maildir structure. I have the following setup:

Can shorewall be the solution for this situation?
We currently use a three-server setup of Firewall-1 NG (2x firewalls and a managemenent server with Rainwall clustering) and we plan to move to an open source solution. We have very specific needs and the one that is very important is: Our users pay for their internet traffic and pay-as-you-go is an option for users. In our setup we have about 25000 users. At the moment they authenticate against

Question about securelevel
I've read about securelevel in the mailing list archive, and found some pitfalls (and seems to me to be discarded soon). But According to me, the following configuration should offer a good security: - mount root fs read only at boot; - set securelevel to 3; - do not permit to unmount/remount roots fs read-write (now it is possible by means of "mount -uw /"); - the only way to make
