[LLVMdev] get Type of SDValue?
Hi,
Once the DAG is built, is there any way to find out what the real type of a certain SDValue is (Type, not just EVT)?
And as an example, in the XYZTargetLowering::lowerCall method for my target, is there any way for me to get what Type the SDValue Callee really corrensponds to?

function sum for array
I'm looking for a function that allows to sum the elements of an array
along a dimension that can be different from the classical ones (rows or
columns).
Let's suppose for example that:
- A is an array with dimensions 2 x 3 x 4
- I want to compute B, a 2 x 3 matrix with elements equal to the sum of the
corrensponding elements on each of the 3 strata.
I've tried to use

Why do you need this information there?

scp not shutting down in 2.1.1p4
Hi!
as I just noted, after scp the connection does not shut down properly.
When I do a "scp file targethost:path", on targethost a "sshd" process is
left running. I do use
--with-default-path="/usr/local/openssh/bin:/usr/bin:/usr/local/bin"
to assure, that the corrensponding openssh-scp is used.
It also seems, that normal sessions are not always closed properly.

NULL or NA for missing function arguments?
Hi,
I am troubled by the use of NULL or NA to indicate
missing/non-specified function arguments.
In the R code that I have looked at, it seems that both forms are used
(NULL seems to be used more often though). Sometimes both variants are
in the same declaration, e.g.
format.default <-
function(x, trim = FALSE, digits = NULL, nsmall = 0,
justify = c("left",

More voice prompts available now
Thanks to a generous donation by VoicePulse
(http://www.voicepulse.com/) there are now a wide selection of useful
(and not-so-useful) voice prompts available on my website, recorded
by Allison Smith (http://www.theivrvoice.com/) There were some apps
and dialplan tricks that people were waiting on release because of a
lack of voice prompts; hopefully I received and remembered your
requests.

plots from batchfile on windows
Hi,
On windows I'd like to run a batchfile that leaves me a plot. As a
test I have the scriptfile "test.r" which only contains:
x <- 1:10;
y <- sample( 10 )
plot( x, y )
Now I tried the following (but nothing worked):
a) "R --vanilla < test.r" in the cmd window, => that doesn't give me a plot
b) the same, but I added

Digit Convesion and Digit Insertion
Hi List;
How can I convert some digits to another digits, and
how I can insert in the end or in the begining some
digits, for example:
If I have a number like 11336784888, then I need to
replace each digit of value 1 by 5, how?
Also how can I add digits to the numbers like adding
00 in the beginning, so the dialed number becoming:
0011336784888 or adding digits (like 99) in the end of

replaing 1-digit months with 2-digit months in a date
Hello again!
Sorry, if it's a simple question - I am very bad in working with strings.
I have a vector of strings:
x<-c("2000.1","2000.2","2000.10","2000.12")
I'd like to change it so that it the month always has 2 digits, like this:
"2000.01","2000.02","2000.10","2000.12"
Is it possible?
Thanks a lot!

array manipulation
Hello,
I'm at the very beginning of the learning process of this language.
Sorry in advance for the (possible but plausible) stupidity of my question.
I would like to find a way to permute the DIMENSIONS of an array.
Something that sounds like the function "permute()" in matlab.
Given an array C of dimensions c x d x T , for instance, the command
permute(C, [2 1 3])
would provide

delete content of directory - unlink doesn't work as expected
Hi,
I try to delete the files in a directory. While the command
invisible(lapply( list.files( "DeleteThis" ), function(x)
file.remove(paste("DeleteThis", x, sep="/" )) ))
works, I keep thinking that there should be a more direct command.
"unlink" looks like a good candidate but whith this I only arrive to
either delete the whole directory or nothing

Alcatel trunk with asterisk problem on dialing digit-by-digit
Hi guys,
I have an Alcatel 4200 with a ISDN board pluged in the asterisk server with
TE110P.
Input calls
VOIP Proider ---> Asterisk ---> Alcatel
Output Calls
VOIP Proider <--- Asterisk <--- Alcatel
In alcatel phones, users should dial 2 for take a line tone and can dial. At
this point start my problems:
1. When users dial 2 on phone (alcatel) they don't received a dial tone,

using regular expressions to retrieve a digit-digit-dot structure from a string
Hi,
i need to recognize itemization structures in strings which follow the
format: "digit-digit-dot" like e.g.
1.
2.
19.
211.
Given the string " This happened in the 21. century." (the dot behind 21 is
used in German instead of 21st) I want know where the dots are but I do not
want the 21.-dot to be returned as well.
I am not good at regular expressions. How

Trouble with AGI and SAY DIGITS and WAIT FOR DIGIT using PHP
Hi there,
AGI is partially not working for me with SAY DIGITS, SAY NUMBER, WAIT FOR
DIGITS etc. It appears that result is always one for any function that
looks for user input, regardless of which key was pressed. Playing sound
is only possible using EXEC. This applies to two * servers with RH 7.2
and RH 7.3 and very recent CVS. Any suggestion or tips about where I
goofed?
Thanks, Philipp

Digit Map for IP500 - prepend digits from phone
via google, I found the reference regarding digit maps for the Polycom phones:
http://lists.digium.com/pipermail/asterisk-users/2005-January/082884.html
But, I don't see how to "prepend" a digit(s) to a number dialed (from the
phone, not in an Asterisk extensions file). For instance, I have several
trunks. Each trunk can be manually dialed by dialing a specific number in
front

* dials out zap line first 6 digits, pause, then last digit
Hello, This seems to be a weird one. I'm at work now and will get some
more-verbose logs later when I get home if nobody has any ideas about
what's happening here.
I've got a tdm card with 1 FXO and 1 FXS. Asterisk is in the 1.2.x line,
so is zaptel. astlinux to be specific. I can get the versions at home
later if it might help. It's running on a silent epia 5000 board

deleting a directory
Hi, all,
I'm looking a utility for removing a directory from within R. Currently,
I'm using:
foo <- function(...) {
mydir <- tempdir()
dir.create(mydir, showWarnings = FALSE, recursive = TRUE)
on.exit(system(sprintf("rm -rf %s", mydir)))
## do some stuff in "mydir"
invisible()
}
However, this is assumes "rm" is available. I know of

base conversion, digit interweaving
I've written some "rough" functions for base conversion and digit
interweaving
(as in x=135, y=246, interwoven=123456) which are ok for a small number
of
conversions or weaves, but, to be able to handle a large number of
conversions
or weaves, I'm hoping that some faster code already exists (ideally
calling C
or FORTRAN). Any suggestions for going base10 to base2, base2 to
