faster way?
Hi,
Is there a faster way to do this? It takes forever, even on a
moderately sized dataset.
n <- dim(dsn)[1]
dsn2 <- dsn[order(-dsn$xhat),]
dsn2[1, "cumx"] <- dsn2[1, "xhat"]
for (i in 2:n) {
dsn2[i, "cumx"] <- dsn2[i - 1, "cumx"] + dsn2[i, "xhat"]
}

[LLVMdev] Target Dependent Hexagon Packetizer patch
Sure I will split it and put it in two patches.
Give me few hours. I need to test those patches.

BUG: --link-dest may follow symlinks and failure to hard link a non-regular file is fatal
Hi,
following the instructions on https://bugzilla.samba.org/createaccount-save.html, I've applied for a bugzilla account at bugzilla-maintenance at samba.org but didn't receive a reply, so I report through this list.
With --link-dest the search for a candidate to link from, follows symlinks in directory path components, when the path element is a directory in the source tree but a

Resend: assertion in MachineCopyPropagation::isNopCopy
Hi, anyone know anything about copy propagation? Matthias, I see this
was your code originally? Was there some assumptions you made?
I'm hitting an assertion in MachineCopyPropagation::isNopCopy:
if (Src == PreviousSrc) {
assert(Def == PreviousDef);
return true;
}
This code compares two COPY instruction to see whether they are
effectively "the same". The assert assumes

[LLVMdev] Initial thoughts on an LLVM backend for N-address generic assembly
Hi all,
i'm just starting out with LLVM (although i've been observing its
evolution since that first release some years ago :)
I would like to develop a backend for a generic assembly-like
language, called NAC (N-Address Code). More info on NAC can be found
here:

ggarrange & legend
Dear John Kane
Dear R community
Here my working example
1. Example that is working with legend=?top?. However, as mentioned, the legend is in the middle of the top axis.
mylist<-list(p1, p2)
dev.new(width=28, height=18)
fig1<- ggarrange(plotlist=mylist, common.legend = TRUE, legend="top", labels = c("(A)", "(B)"), font.label = list(size = 18, color =

I'm sorry but that is not a working example.
A working example needs to create the plots being used.

Adding 95% contours around scatterplot points with ggplot2
Hi all,
I have been looking for means of add a contour around some points in a
scatterplot as a means of representing the center of density for of the
data. I'm imagining something like a 95% confidence estimate drawn around
the data.
So far I have found some code for drawing polygons around the data. These
look nice, but in some cases the polygons are strongly influenced by
outlying points.
