heatmap.2 in gplots package

Display a plot in an applet.

I am a grad student and am working on a project where i need to integrate java and R. I have a front end in java and i need to call R functions and be able to dispaly the plots and graphs produced by R on my java front end. hello Everyone, would like to search this subject in the forms, but since search is disabled I am posting this one. Any insight is much appreciated. I am a newbie to ROR. log transformation and mean question
I have question about log2 transformation and performing mean on log2 data. I am doing analysis for ELISA data. the OD values and the concentration values for the standards were log2 transformed before performing the lm. the OD values for samples were log2 transformed and coefficients of lm were applied to get the log2 concentration values.
