ORDGLM function - which package has it?
I am new to the R. I managed to download and install and got some basic summary work done. I need to do ORDERED LOGIT model. I searched web-site and mail archives and I think that I need to use "ordglm" function. However, I am not sure what package has it. I tried several (like RMUTIL, ORDINAL, REPEATED) etc. but no avail. Questions about deviance
I have experimented with the cheese data example from McCullagh&Nelder, page 175. With a proportional odds model they obtain a residual deviance of 20.31. Estimating the same model with polr(MASS) gives a residual deviance of 762.11 !, while using ordglm(gnlm) gives a deviance of 523.94. Can anybody explain these differences? Complex multiple t tests in a data frame with several id factors

help with predict and plotting confidence intervals
Dear R help, This seems to be a commonly asked question and I am able to run examples that have been proposed, but I can't seems to get this to work with my own data. Reproducible code is below. How to eliminate for next loops in this script
I needed to compute a complicated cross tabulation to show weighted means and standard deviations and the only method I could get that worked uses a series of nested for next loops. v4: Updated the wait dependancy bars based on tex component masks. This patch adds proper delays to maxwell exa shaders. Tested with rendercheck -f a8r8g8b8.
