Hallo Liste
Derzeit mache ich meine ersten Gehversuche mit Linux (SuSE). Bis jetzt
habe ich in einem kleinen Netzwerk f?r meine Tauchschule vier Rechner
betreut. Einer davon war WinNT-4.0 Server und Arbeitsplatz zugleich.
Nachdem ich nicht mehr bereit bin, mich mit dem w?chentlichen "blue
screen" und dem monatlichen Neuinstallieren von NT abzufinden, bin ich
derzeit beim Umsteigen auf

I am trying to estimate a 3 dimensional density through the DPpackage.
For example

tagging parts
could somebody please advise me on the following thing:
there's one ogg vorbis music file (a long mix). it is split into many
parts with tobias' ogg cutter. the parts get tagged and the many files
are again combined into one. the purpose of this would
be that when playing back the such combined file, the player should display the
individual tags while it's still a single track.

Importing Sas files to R
Dear All,
Am trying to import SAS files to R.
For that i used library "Hmisc" and
try<-sas.get("C:\\ex.sas7bdat") . But it shows error that

Dokumentation noch nicht zur L?sung des folgenden Problems vorgedrungen.
Die Werte einer 2D-Matrix sollen in einem einzigen 2D-Plot dargestellt
werden, in dem jeweils f?r die Werte einer Zeile ein Graph aus mit
Linien verbundenen Punkten gezeichnet wird. Die Matrix besitzt zw?lf

Constructing titles from list of expressions
Hello!
I have the following problem:
I have a function to construct three surfaceplots with a marker for an optimum,
each of the plots has as title paste("Estimated ",pred.var.lab," for
",var.lab[1]," vs. ",var.lab[2],sep="") with different var.lab[1,2] each time.
My problem is now that I need to allow for plotmath expressions in the
variables pred.var.lab

XML htmlTreeParse fails with no obvious error

Sorry for the rather uninformative subject, but the error I get is not very informative either.
When using the XML and RCurl package to retrieve the content of an html page, htmlTreeParse fails, printing out the beginning of the HTML:
