Asterisk Realtime Configuration and 404 Extension not found
Hi to all the ML. I'm new here.
I start to use asterisk with realtime configuration, with pgsql
backend connected via odbc.
The connection between asterisk and pgsql works fine.
I create a table sip_conf with 2 user (for testing purpose), 1401 and 1501.
Those are the records:
asterisk=> SELECT name,host,type,context,secret,defaultuser from sip_conf;
name | host | type | context |

translating HTML character entities to accented characters
I've imported a .csv file where character strings that contained
accented characters were written as HTML
character entities. Is there a function that works on a vector to
translate them back to accented (latin1) characters?
Some examples:
> grep("&", author$lname, value=TRUE)

usar Selenium para web scraping
Hola.
Tengo que bajarme varias tablas del INE y necesito interactuar con el
navegador. Ví el fantástico post que escribió Gregorio Serrano (que la
tierra le sea leve), en
http://www.grserrano.net/wp/2014/01/relenium-el-siguiente-nivel-de-web-scraping-con-r/
y estoy intentando reproducirlo para aprender como funciona relenium
Pero relenium me da error después de

Jobs at the University of Auckland
We have two lectureship positions advertised at the moment.
One (or both) of these is intended for a specialist in statistical
computation. The salary doesn't look great by international standards
but there are compensations: housing is cheap, the air is clean,
and the worlds problems are far away. We also have a track record
of getting tenure for computing people.

on Solaris, "couldn't wait for child '...' completion: No child processes"
Trying to install the portable OpenSSH on Solaris 2.6. Compiling from
openssh-2.1.0.tar.gz using gcc. Compiles and installs fine. sshd
starts fine. First connection from another system works. Child sshd is
forked, but the parent dies and logs:
May 16 11:40:56 qtrade-dev sshd[6510]: error: Couldn't wait for child '/usr/bin/
ls -alni' completion: No child processes

Hello,
I am trying to use the extended assocplot() function: assoc(), from vcd

installation. I get this output:

assoc> (x <- margin.table(HairEyeColor, c(1, 2)))

HowTo?: Eager caching of third order ActiveRecord assoc.
Hello.
Using the ":include", which generates a "LEFT OUTER JOIN" SQL command,
it is possible to eagerly preload second order data objects (children)
for a given association.
I wanted to know, if it is possible to eagerly preload and cache
third order (or more) data objects, which are little-children or
little-little-children. As I''ve seen. it is possible to add

object class with STI and Polymorphic Assoc''s.
Hi, lets say I have a a table, "Linkings" that I am using for
polymorphic associations. One of the associations is to the "person"
table, and there are several other associations.
"Person" has 2 types, "slacker" and "suckup".
It is modelled as such:
class Linking < ActiveRecord::Base
belongs_to :person
belongs_to :linkable, :polymorphic

polymorphic assoc seems only best for multiple parents ?
I have done a little polymorphic associations stuff and have
refreshed my memory on it again.
What it seems like is that if I have a particular record and I want to
make it easy for many different parent records to associate with it
using has_one or has_many, that is fine.
If I want a parent record to have multiple kinds of children through
one association, I don''t see how to do that
