Different y-axes
Hi All,
I have checked everything I could find abot graphics, but still cannot
solve the problem.
Are there any ways to make a graph that plots two lines and two
different y-axes, each of them has a scale that is related to the
respective line. For example, y1 has a range 1:50 and y1 ranges 0:1. The
x-axe is the same for both.
Thank you in advance.

trouble connecting to Panduit VGA adapter
I want to connect to an InFocus projector that sits behind a Panduit VGA
adapter. I use a Thinkpad P51 with a mini display-port to VGA
converter. The laptop runs Manjaro and has the
video-hybrid-intel-nouveau-prime installed and it works with other
monitors. For some reason it does not detect the projector that is
connected through the Panduit. The keyboard shortcut to switch monitor

How to generate 'minor' ticks in lattice (qqmath)
Dear group,
I tried to generate labels for every second tick in lattice (qqmath).
Version: 0.14-16
Date: 2006/12/01
R version 2.4.1 (2006-12-18)
An example:
library(lattice)
numy=100
y=runif(numy,min=0,max=1)
sig=0.05
numsig=length(which(y<sig))
tck.no=11 # number of ticks
tcks=1:tck.no
labl=as.character(0.1*tcks-0.1) # label for all ticks
labl[seq(2,tck.no-1,2)]="" # delete

trouble connecting to Panduit VGA adapter
Does v4.13 fix your issues? v4.10 also included significant rework
related to DP-MST, and I wouldn't be surprised if it fixed a few DP
issues along the way. (Also, please don't drop the list from your
replies.)

Major bug with hardlinks and lmtp
In working on trying to fix the crash issue from my last email I had
enabled LMTP delivery to try it out instead of using the LDA.
I have discovered that when a single piece of email is to be delivered
to multiple users the message is being hard linked instead of copied
into each mail box. This is a major problem that makes LMTP unusable in
an environment where each mailbox has it's own UID

Exporting an rgl graph
Hi the list,
I use rgl to produce a 3D graph. I would like to "show" this graph to
some collaborator. Is there a way to save it and send it to someone
else?

Two recent issues
I've been using dovecot for years, been working great. However recently
I've come across two issues.
The first issue unfortunately I have little information on, mail_debug
hasn't provided anything useful either (in fact it looks like the login
request that fails doesn't even get logged at all).
During the morning rush of email, this server has around 11k mailboxes
on it, it

In the source code perhaps? :-)
You can find a pretty precise description in the article Robert and I
did in JCGS.
Actually its pretty simple. Functions have access to the variables
which were in effect when the function was defined.

Questions about lexical scope
Dear R-users,
The numerical integration example given in Gentleman and Ihaka (2000),
"Lexical Scope and Statistical Computing," JCGS, 9, 491-508,
is very interesting and helpful in understanding how lexical scope
is about.
However, I got some questions that I just can't figure out.
First all, allow me to copy the two functions given by the authors:

Gray level mosaic plot with shading_Friendly
Suppose we start with
data("Titanic")
mosaic(Titanic, shade = TRUE)
How do I combine the dashed box contours of shading_Friendly to indicate negative residuals, with three levels of gray: dark for abs(Pearson Resid) > 4, lighter for 4 > abs(Pearson Resid) > 2, and lightest for bs(Pearson Resid) < 2 ?
Thanks,
Michael

VGA passthrough nVidia NVS 295
I want to try to get VGA passthrough working in a Windows 7 x64 domU.
I''m running debian squeeze/testing/unstable with Jeremy''s 2.6.32.x kernel.
The best I got to work is the device showing up under Windows 7, with
all resources and whatnot.
I''ve applied the vga-loadbios patch and vBAR-pBAR patch to xen, and the
vBAR-pBAR patch to qemu-dm.
This behaviour

update clamav to 0.99.2
Helo,
update is in EPEL repository.
on startup, clamd does not further create clamd.sock and clamd.pid
clamd service stops without any message - even in debug mode.
It's a nightmare.
