hi guys: is there any passes or compiling options that can aviod to generate vector instructions and 'select' instruction in IR. i think that these instructions can be replaced with other instructions in LLVM IR. Have 4 harddrives hde,hdg etc all of these drives are mounted in samba. When i copy file from one drive to another i notice that server sends the file to my computer and then back to itself (into the right place). I have a file in fwf. It is rather large, about 40,000 rows and 40 variables (columns). I only need about 10 variables form the data set for the analysis at hand.
