The Design library has been fully ported to R except for Cox proportional hazards regression modeling (using Therneau's survival package) which will be available in about two weeks. It will take much longer to make all the example code executable, is it currently contains many examples for which data are not provided. I saw an ad in the July 2001 Amstat News for a complex sample survey analysis package called Wesvar. The package has what appears to be a useful feature called a "Workbook" by which the user navigates analysis output. This is a hierarchical tree in which the user may click on a part of the analysis (table, regression fit, descriptive stats, etc.) so as to go directly to that output.

Hi I've got 'WriteOutloud' (talking wordprocessor for dyslexic children) working pretty well on an Asus Eeepc (Xandros) and on an Acer Aspire One (Kuki Linux) I'm using Wine 1.0.1 on both machines.
