Asterisk trunking
Hello ! I am experiencing some problems with Asterisk trunking, this is the scenario: There are 3 servers, a DID server provider (VOIP provider) which delegates us a bunch of DID numbers to our asterisk server number one (I will call it AA), from which I route the calls to Asterisk server number 2 (I will call it BB), which then terminate on phone handsets. The trouble is, that I probably

png and jpeg libs for Solaris
I'm also having trouble installing R 1.3.1 on Solaris and getting png and jpeg support. It looks like perhaps the png and jpeg libraries I installed weren't built with all the support R needs. If that's the case I'd appreciate confirmation. Or perhaps there's something else I can do? (with all the details I've included this message is rather long) Thanks -Don I did

Positron as a tool
This is just an FYI based on a news item I saw tonight. There have been discussions on what editors or environments people can use when working with R and I personally have mostly been using versions of RSTUDIO and lately for both R and python. As often noted, RSTUDIO is a product of a company, currently still largely free and they have some tweaks that can cause issues. The news article

[PATCH v3] Add virtio-scsi to the virtio spec
Hi Rusty, here is the specification for a virtio-based SCSI host (controller, HBA, you name it) so that you can apply it to the spec document and publish it. I changed the index from 7 to 8 to account for the rpmsg device, and added a feature bit to tell the guest in advance whether the host supports hotplug. Otherwise there is no change from v2. failure in make check
I have a failure in 'make check' and I would appreciate assistance regarding what to do about it. Thanks -Don Installing R-1.2.3 on build[99]% uname -sr SunOS 5.8 (for those who may recall my previous request for help, I have updated GCC to 2.95.3, and configured with gcc, GCC's c++, and f77 [not g77]) Running 'make check' got this: creating `no-segfault.R'

Calculations based on multiple tables
Hi there, I''m trying to grab all the contest_entries from a particular contest, and then grab all the appropriate contest_ratings associated with the songs and contest. The end result is an average score for each song involved in each contest. I made an ERD of my table structure which can be found at: http://antrover.com/erd/contest_question.jpg Here''s my model structure:

chan_mobile with Nokia 6021 - incoming SMS causes call to drop
Hello, I'm Using Asterisk 1.8.11.0 on Debian Squeeze. I was experiencing problems with ${SMSSRC} being blank, so I applied this patch: https://issues.asterisk.org/jira/secure/attachment/42026/sms-sender-fix.diff but otherwise everything is standard. As the subject says, if I am making a call through the phone when an SMS is received, the bluetooth connection drops and the call ends. The

[PATCH v2] Add virtio-scsi to the virtio spec
Hi all, here is the specification for a virtio-based SCSI host (controller, HBA, you name it). The virtio SCSI host is the basis of an alternative storage stack for KVM. This stack would overcome several limitations of the current solution, virtio-blk: 1) scalability limitations: virtio-blk-over-PCI puts a strong upper limit on the number of devices that can be added to a guest. Common

Positron as a tool
Hi Avi, I am not sure that the R-help mailing list is a suitable channel for advertising R-related tools... But given you mentioned Positron (https://github.com/posit-dev/positron), which is based on VSCode, it is worth calling out that a free, open-source, community-maintained, very feature rich R extension (https://code.visualstudio.com/docs/languages/r) already exists in VS Code for

Hello~~~HELP
How do you do? I am a deaf and I am working at Gallaudet University as IT technician. For troubleshooting computer problem, I fixed over 4000 computers with different CDs such as Windows XP SP2, Dell 32bit Diagnostic Tools, Windows Memory Tester, Acronis True Image, ERD 2005, and others. Everyday, I brought many different CDs to different building for services. Really, I wanted to develop

R related tools - GUI
For years I used Deducer (Package Deducer) developed by Ian Fellows.? This is still available and partially remains mostly functional.? He was working on a new GUI years ago but appears no longer to be in the pipeline I think replaced by R-Studio. > Send R-help mailing list submissions to > r-help at r-project.org > > To subscribe or unsubscribe via the World Wide Web, visit >
