What is the default root password for Gluster installed using ISO
Hi, I want to know what is the root/admin password for the shell/console
of Gluster installed using ISO installer (this is version 3.0.5) when
password: 'glusteradmin' won't work?
If its really 'glusteradmin' then what is the username? Is it root or
something else?
Cheers.

Keeping icecast from kicking clients
I'm trying to setup Icecast so that clients can stay connected
indefinately. Basically sources will connect on occasion, but may
disconnect until they get instructions to connect again (think about a
jukebox that does not play music until something is selected. Now add in
distrubuted, thin clients and you realize why this is an important
feature).
According to the icecast authors, it is

Adding additional mount info to xsl stylesheet
The following patch attempts to make the source client user agent and
the max listener client connection duration information available to
(icecast 2.3.2) xsl stylesheets. Will there be any memory leak issues in
the lower level functions like the acl, etc. when the source is
disconnected, when servicing queries, or otherwise?

Can't change server_URL data
Hi all,
I'm using the Orban aacplus encoder, which sends the stream to my Icecast
server. The Orban encoder allows one to set the station name, stream
title etc but there is no place for the station url, I suspect this has
been hardcoded in as I've noticed a number of other stations using Orban's
encoder also have links back to their web site.
Is there a way to change or overide this

win: crash with exception c0000005 on source exit
Hi,
we have a reproducable crash with icecast 2.3.1 on a windows machine
(Win 2003 server):
On exit of the last source (an ezstream acting as a fallback source) the
server crashes with non-handled exception c0000005. The famous last
words in the log:
[2006-11-14 21:16:00] WARN client/client.c source connection has died

Wrong url's from ezstream/icecast
I run two streams from ezstream via Icecast2 - one over http and one
over https.
In the ezstream config file I have defined two servers (http and https)
and the two streams point to the different servers (by their names).
But, if I go to the following two url's, Icecast report same (http-)
'streaming url' for both:

status.xsl url bug
> Thanks for the bugfix, I've committed this without the target="_blank" bit
Thanks.
After testing the usage of .pls instead of .m3u, couldnt get it to work
any ideas on a workaround?, m3u likes xmms but on winxp windows media likes
m3u and battles winamp
for ownership (typical windows).
Is this (.m3u) an internal mime type for icecast2?

JSON response track title not encoded to UTF8
Good evening to you too,
From the <ip-address>:8000/server_version.xsl , I get that the installed icecast2 version is 2.4.4.
The source client I am currently is Mixxx version 2.2.4 - for Windows 64bit.
Would you say I should redirect my question to the support team of the Mixxx program ?
If you would like any more info, please feel free to ask. I appreciate your help and patience.

Impossible to connect to ANY yp server
Greetings
I'm having problems announcing my stream on any yp server, using
Icecast v1.3.12 compiled with the optimization support.. I have
tried every directory server I could find, but I still get the same
result.
When I start icecast with an yp server available, I get this:

Problem with Redmine
I am having a problem getting Redmine to run with Oracle (11.2) backend.
I get this error (below) because Oracle table names are limited to 30
characters. Does anyone around here know of a fix or workaround? I''m
wondering if I can simple change the table name, or if that will break
the application.
When doing a db migrate to an Oracle db this creates the error below.
