tunefs.lustre --print fails on mounted mdt/ost with mmp
Just checking to be sure this isn''t a known bug or problem. I couldn''t find a bz for this, but it would appear that tunefs.lustre --print fails on a lustre mdt or ost device if mounted with mmp. Is this expected behavior? TIA mds1-gps:~ # tunefs.lustre --print /dev/mapper/mdt1 checking for existing Lustre data: not found tunefs.lustre FATAL: Device /dev/mapper/mdt1 has not

Corruption issue found in e2fsprogs 1.41.5
Hi, A critical regression has been discovered in e2fsck. The problem was introduced in upstream 1.41.5 and is causing updates to block group descriptors to be lost after journal replay. Our 1.41.5.sun2 (.sun1 too) e2fsprogs version also suffers from this problem. We are working on rebasing our e2fsprogs package on 1.41.6 (see bug 19852). Until the new rpm is available (should be very soon), we

LMTP Authentication Error
Any ideas on how to resolve the Userdb connect/lookup problem? My users are pinging me on Sieve support. [PATCH] symbian port
hi Jean-Marc, I just updated from svn and it looks like there are some errors in the speex.mmp file. the filters.c is duplicated, and the fft/kiss.c files are still missing.. /alfred Jean-Marc Valin wrote: > Applied in svn. To symbian and speex developers! Building instructions
I think this mail was intended for the group. jean, please change that one line in filters.c (I too confirm this change in my symbian build). the mmp file should also be updated by including the windows.c. I also recommend taking out mfd.c from the mmp file as the ARM cpu is too slow to support echo cancellation and preprocessing that require floats. thanks payu, for the input. i remeber

Bug with the new preprocessor
Can you provide me with a backtrace? It's quite hard to see what could happen. Also, can you reproduce the problem with testdenoise or only with your own code? [LLVMdev] Dynamic Analysis
Hi Pengfei, Glad you tried the program and it works fine to you for the first place. Dr. Swarup and John from UIUC wrote most of the code, and released the original code to public. Dynamic slicing tool is really very useful. Giri is now far from perfect. For example, there are know bugs for multi-thread programs and I'm fixing it these weeks. I will take charge of this project for a while

Symbian port
A couple of things to be noted on the symbian port. 1. the spokn.mmp file is missing window.c, please add that. 2. smallft.c is not required. it has global data that prevents compilation on symbian. 3. lbr_48k_tabels.c has a global variable called dummy_epic_48k_variable on line 37. this has to be commneted out too. 4. check that all tables are declared const. i will shortly post the symbian

[LLVMdev] DWARF not being generated for local variable, though MD looks right(?)
I'm running into a problem with generating debugging information that I'm not sure how to debug; I'd be happy to have some suggestions about where to start digging in. In short, I believe that I'm correctly generating debug info (with DIBuilder, which has so far been quite nice!), and a scan of the meta-data in the IR looks generally right. However, if I run dwarfdump on my

RFC: multiple address spaces for one process
In a hosted VMM like LinuxOnLinux or UML, context switch time can be a major problem (as mmap when repeated for each guest page frame takes a long time). One solution is to allow the host kernel to keep a cache of address space contexts, and switch between them in a single operation. The attached patch is a start at this. It works well for LinuxOnLinux; but I'd be interested from the
