Any time I try to do something, the CPU usage (as reported by the Windows task manager) hits 100% for a few and then drops back down. Hello I have a problem with CentOS 5.4, kvm and libvirt. Although my VM with Windows Server 2k3 supports ACPI the shutdown of the VM does not work. Once a user is logged on, Windows sends an application popup ("Other people logged on ...") and wait for user-action. The shutdown hangs up and the VM's will be terminated hard. For your message, to disallow an user to have internet access that can be done via his account profile at local security from Microsoft product itself. Alternatively GPO policy at the AD.
