In a nutshell, I have the same problem as http://lists.centos.org/pipermail/centos-virt/2010-April/001854.html I followed the RHEL5 virtualization guide to set up a bridge interface br0, and then used virt-install (rather than virt-manager - I like automation) to set up the vm. It hangs at some point.

I have a Dell server with four bonded, gigabit interfaces. Bonding mode is 802.3ad, xmit_hash_policy=layer3+4. When testing this setup with iperf, I never get more than a total of about 3Gbps throughput. Is there anything to tweak to get better throughput?
