I am running R 2.7.1 on an eeepc with the standard Xandros Linux. I install/upgrade R binaries using synaptic from the http://cran.r-project.org/bin/linux/debian/etch-cran/ repository. I use Xandros Linux and im not sure how to run Wine on it. I thought Xandros was a debian based linux OS but it doesnt appear to be. I check all of the other installs and its definitly not red hat linux or else it would be called red hat. Its not freeBSD. So I desperately want to get Wine but im stuck.
