xen on openSUSE
Dear developers!
I''ve found that recent xen releases cannot be simly run on openSUSE! The
script /etc/xen/scripts/xen-network-common.sh makes some incorrect
assumptions on the SuSE ifup script. Bridged xen networking only works
if the script executes this branch:
preiftransfer()
{
true
}
ifup()
{
false
}
ifdown()
{
false
}
Otherwise the xen networking scripts fail to put the

RAID specialist wanted
Yes, I'm an idiot for not keeping up to date backups. I was happily (and
naively) enjoying using FreeBSD/FreeNAS for a home file server, believing
the array was all the redundancy I needed. Imagine my surprise when the
system drive made a squealing noise and died. I've gotten some pointers from
the FreeNAS team and think I've learned enough over the past year to call
myself a FreeBSD

''ser_baud=xxx'' option gone away
The Xen boot option ''ser_baud=<baud>'' has been removed from the
unstable tree. If you were still using this obsolete option then the
effect is that you will get no serial output when you boot Xen, which
may lead you to believe that there is a more serious problem.
To fix this you must move to the new boot option:
''com1=<baud>,8n1''

Dear All:
I tried to fit negative binomial distribution to data in terms of mean and mean is also a quadratic function of another variable. The likelihood function is:

beta1<-parameters[2]
delta1<-parameters[3]
mu<-alpha1+beta1*(x11)+delta1*(x11^2)

Hello all- I am having trouble with the cell sizes that heatmap
defaults too. I have a matrix of 160 rows and 5 columns that I am
trying to display with heatmap(). When I do this, the cells default to
really wide and very short. This makes the labels for the rows very
hard to read, in fact the only way I can read them is to make the jpeg

[PATCH 2/2] daemon: Link guestfs_protocol.[ch] into the daemon directory.
I haven't received this yet, but read from the archive:
https://www.redhat.com/archives/libguestfs/2009-November/msg00268.html
The only suspicious part is the trailing ".c" on the command below:

+ $(MAKE) -C $(libsrcdir) guestfs_protocol.c
+$(libsrcdir)/guestfs_protocol.h: force
+ $(MAKE) -C $(libsrcdir) guestfs_protocol.c
