during query: SHOW FIELDS FROM ...
i think that it''s because the mysql database don''t allow persistent
connections .....

What i do if i have a table with a column named "type"?
Hi everybody!
The class ActiveRecord::Base have a atribute named type and if my
table have a column with the same name i get an error if i use
model.finde, model.save and more...
I dont know what i can do to solve this problem!

How to receive manager events from commands made by an AGI script?
Hi all,
I'm new on this list, my name is Noel. :D
I developed a system using AGI and now I'm trying to develop a system
that listen events fired by Manager API. I have realized that I don't
receive events from commands made by an AGI script like "play a file"
or "record a file".
Is there a way to receive such events?

I can''t insert records using sql server database!

When I code something like this:

its only happen when I use sql server database, in mysql or postgres its
work fine!

Network conections problems
Hi;
I have a CentOS 6.8 x86_64 server where just run Oracle 11g 64 bit data base server. Is happen that sometimes it loose all connections (no ping, I can not access via ssh, no TNSping of Oracle server have success). When this happend I make ping from this server to some IP address of my network and then everything work fine again. I check logs looking for some mistake or problem in the network

Lighty+Mongrel: Limiting persistent db connections?
I''m not sure if it''s due to setting up multiple mongrel servers and
proxying them with lighty, but something is keeping postgres connections
around. I only have a couple Rails apps running on a new server, with
not a whole lot of traffic, yet today I actually maxed out my connection
limit of 100 for postgres. How do I turn off persistent connections in
Mongrel?

asterisk addon mysql - is mysql connection persistent

As it looks like from CLI command " show cdr mysql " , can somebody confirms
that cdr-mysql creates persistent connection with in asterisk?
