Question to use R plot GO pie chart
Hi, I have a list of IPI gene IDs. I want to find out whether there is a package which can map the gene ontology to these IPIs, and plot the pie chart to demonstrate the molecular function distributions. The input is like the following gene IPI IDs: IPI:IPI00008860.1|SWISS-PROT:Q9BXJ4-1|TREMBL:Q542Y2|ENSEMBL:ENSP00000231338;EN

The soft lockup code path is: __irq_work_queue arch_irq_work_raise

Domain groups with spaces in their names
Hello Samba, I have a Samba file server which I have successfully joined to a domian controlled by a Windows 2003 domian controller. I cannot get the server to allow access to users who are members of a group with spaces in its name. The domain has three (main) groups: - students - teachers - spaced users My Samba.conf has the following shared directories defined: [teachers] comment =

Hi all, These 2 patches try to fix the "perf top" soft lockups under Xen reported by Steven at: https://lkml.org/lkml/2012/2/9/506 I tested it with 3.4-rc2 and "perf top" works well now. Steven, Could you please help to test it too? The soft lockup code path is: __irq_work_queue arch_irq_work_raise apic->send_IPI_self(IRQ_WORK_VECTOR); apic_send_IPI_self

[PATCH 4/6] SMP boot hook for paravirt
Add VMI SMP boot hook. We emulate a regular boot sequence and use the same APIC IPI initiation, we just poke magic values to load into the CPU state when the startup IPI is received, rather than having to jump through a real mode trampoline. This is all that was needed to get SMP to work. Signed-off-by: Zachary Amsden <zach@vmware.com> Subject: SMP boot hook for paravirt diff -r

In general the semantics of IPIs are that they are are expected to continue functioning after dpm_suspend_noirq(). Specifically I have seen a deadlock between the callfunc IPI and the stop

samba_dnsupdate NOTAUTH
Im suggesting, Since the following: NOTAUTH : is a failure on dns updates is OR incorrect manual changes in bind and/or incorrect rights. And check the needed rights on what the dns needs. I dont know if your using bind or internal dns. For bind : look here https://wiki.samba.org/index.php/Configure_BIND_as_backend_for_Samba_AD And for the NTP Server config. Dont use a pool, use a
