[PATCH V2] qemu-xen-traditionnal, Fix dirty logging during migration.
This moves the xen_modified_memory call from cpu_physical_memory_map to
cpu_physical_memory_unmap because the memory could be migrated before the
device model have written to it.
But because we need to know the guest address and to avoid rewriting a new
function, the call is moved to qemu_invalidate_entry. So this later has to new
parameters, the length of the mapping and if it was a write.

[PATCH BUILD FIX 0/2] build xc_hvm_inject_msi on Xen < 4.2
Hi all,
this small patch series fixes the build breakage introduced by
f1dbf015dfb0aa7f66f710a1f1bc58b662951de2 with Xen < 4.2.
The problem is that xc_hvm_inject_msi is only defined from Xen 4.2
onwards so we need to provide a compatibility function for older Xen
versions.

qemu-xen-dir + PCI passthrough = BOOM
Hey,
I just started noticing it today - with qemu-xen (tip is
commit b97307ecaad98360f41ea36cd9674ef810c4f8cf
xen_disk: mark ioreq as mapped before unmapping in error case)
when I try to pass in a PCI device at bootup it blows up with:
char device redirected to /dev/pts/2 (label serial0)
qemu: hardware error: xen: failed to populate ram at 40050000

[PATCH v2 0/2] MSI/MSIX injection for Xen HVM guests
Hi all,
this patch series by Wei Liu implements a simple Xen APIC module and use
it to deliver MSI/MSIX for Xen HVM guests.
The second version of this series includes the "or later" copyright
clause for xen_apic.c and a fix to the return value of xen_apic_mem_read
(thanks Peter for finding it out).

[PATCHv3 07/13] qemu: minimal MSI/MSI-X implementation for PC
Implement MSI support in APIC. Note that MSI and MMIO APIC registers
are at the same memory location, but actually not on the global bus: MSI
is on PCI bus, APIC is connected directly to the CPU. We map them on the
global bus at the same address which happens to work because MSI
registers are reserved in APIC MMIO and vice versa.

XEN/arm XENFB support
Goodmorning,
I''m currently playing with XEN/arm on my Allwinner A20 (cubieboard2)
I would like to get the XENFB driver working on domU.
But currently in xen/arm there''s no support for VFB, atleast qemu is not
supported.
But this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=po1IeElg8tg and this one
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Km6gBnIqaWo is showing a working framebuffer.
So there are

[PATCH v3 0/6] initial suspend support
This patch series makes suspend support in qemu alot more useful. Right
now the guest can put itself into s3, but qemu will wakeup the guest
instantly. With this patch series applied the guest will stay suspended
instead and there are a few events which can kick the guest out of
suspend state: A monitor command, ps/2 input, serial input, rtc. Not
much yet, but it''s a start with the

[PATCH 0/3] libxl cd-insert/eject with qemu-xen
This patch series provides the facility to eject and insert a cdrom when the
used device-model is qemu-xen. The only difference between both device-model is
a call to a QMP command as `xl cd-insert ...` will still update xenstore, even
if it''s not used by QEMU.

Hypervisor to dom0 communication
Hello,
I''m interested in establishing a communication channel between the Xen
hypervisor and a dom0 userspace application. Ideally this would be a
2-way channel, with the hypervisor asynchronously notifying this
application, and then (for certain types of messages) wait for a reply
from the userspace consumer.
To this end, I''ve been reading xen-devel posts [1], read the

[PATCH] x86: fix emulation of indirect far calls and jumps
Commit 86781624 ("x86_emulate: PUSH <mem> must read source operand
just once") corrected the operands of those of the operations of opcode
extension group 5 that only read memory from SrcMem to DstMem, but
failed to also switch the use of "dst" here to "src".
