Blank Page Loading before Action Complete
I am having this problem where a blank page is being loaded before an action can complete. I have a somewhat lengthy calculation that I am doing, and well before it is done a blank page is displayed. Once it is finished it is supposed to display an overview of the results but it never shows that page. At first I was not sure what was going on, but I tailed the development log, and even

Current master browser = UKNOWN
samba 2.2.5 We use an NT PDC for password authentication and an NT WINS server. Both of those systems are on a different subnet. I have setup remote announce = <PDC subnet broadcast< and remote browse sync = <WINS server IP> Do I have to setup the SAMBA server as a master browser? I don't want to mess things up with the WINS servers. Thanks Steve Simeonidis Network

best way to design uknown depth of subcategories
Hello, What would be the best way to design a table of posts that belong to a unknown depth of categories. Say i wanted to display the posts of data (i.e., craigslist) but the category could be something like NewYork/RealEstate/Housing/ForSale/ByOwner. Would acts_as_tree work best here and assign each sublevel to a different id? just trying to take the easiest approach here using the best

Upon further investigation "iax2 show channels" indicates that the codec is "unknown" The provider confirmed that they are set for ulaw and so am I. Does anyone have an idea what could be causing the codecs to

Deploying My Rails App
I have just finished my first Rails application following the lynda.com tutorial, but I am not sure how to get my application on the internet. I have an ftp account through the applemachine server, but from what I have read, I''m afraid I will not be able to host my application there. What I am looking for is step by step directions on how to get from a working Ruby on Rails application

Smp kernel on up machine???
Can anyone tell me if there has been testing of using an SMP kernel on a UP machine and if that is bad? I have an ext3 filesystem that keeps getting corrupt. Certain directories only get I/O errors, trying to access beyond the end of the device. Thanks, Gabe

Audio going blank for a few seconds and then comes back. What could be the reason?
Hi, Everything was working fine on this 10 phone office, but for last few weeks they are complaining that audio goes blank for a few seconds during the conversation, and then comes back on. It goes blank for both parties. What are the possible causes for this to happen? -- Zeeshan A Zakaria -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... URL:

length of `...`
As of 3.5.0 the ...length() function does exactly what you are asking for. Before that, I don't know of an easy way to get the length without evaluation via R code. There may be one I'm not thinking of though, I haven't needed to do this myself. Hope that helps. ~G On Thu, May 3, 2018 at 7:52 AM, Mark van der Loo <mark.vanderloo at gmail.com> wrote: > This question is

Dovecot Sendmail Maildir
Hi all, I'm using Debian (testing) for my office mail. I'm using sendmail and Dovecot to deliver email to clients over IMAP using mbox format. I want to move over and start using Maildir. I know that I can use different MTA's to do the job, but I really like sendmail, and I run additional sendmail servers across the my internal and external networks. I'm probably
