[PATCH] lguest: Compile hypervisor.S into the lg module directly
Because of legacy-induced blindness, I insisted on separately building the hypervisor.S switcher code (which is mapped at 0xFFC0000 in host and guest). However, the lguest64 patches showed the error of my ways: it has no relocations, so it can be linked into the module like normal then remapped. The only downside is that we can no longer use sizeof(hypervisor_blob), so we need to allocate our

[PATCH 1/6] xen: balloon: allow PVMMU interfaces to be compiled out
The ARM platform has no concept of PVMMU and therefor no HYPERVISOR_update_va_mapping et al. Allow this code to be compiled out when not required. In some similar situations (e.g. P2M) we have defined dummy functions to avoid this, however I think we can/should draw the line at dummying out actual hypercalls. [PATCH] linux/i386: allow CONFIG_HIGHPTE on i386 (take 2)
While, as discussed, the performance impact of this option is certainly higher than on native Linux, the option should not be entirely disallowed if people want to sacrifice performance for less lowmem pressure. [PATCH v1 07/11] virtio-mem: Allow to offline partially unplugged memory blocks
Dropping the reference count of PageOffline() pages allows offlining code to skip them. However, we also have to convert PG_reserved to another flag - let's use PG_dirty - so has_unmovable_pages() will properly handle them. PG_reserved pages get detected as unmovable right away. We need the flag to see if we are onlining pages the first time, or if we allocated them via alloc_contig_range().
