Hello All,
I¹ve installed the vanilla shorewall F12, I¹ve got it installed on a couple
of other servers with no problems. no matter how I define the zones and
interfaces, shorewall logs and allows, rejects or drops only traffic to
world.

Does mock_model''s :null_object option work?
Please understand in the following that I am making relatively minor changes to legacy (non-TDD/BDD) code in Substruct and don''t have the time to refactor nicely right now. I''m just trying to get past the untested/un-speced cruft quickly to write the spec for my new code, so I''m looking for expediency over prettiness.
I''m specifying

params not available for controller specs?
Hi, all,
I''m trying to write a spec for a controller method that starts out:
def download
@orders = Order.find( params[:ids] )

and started writing a spec that set params[:ids] to a mock. I was surprised to discover that controller specs (at least in RSpec 1.0.8) don''t offer the use of the params object (per

[PATCH] x86: change IO-APIC ack method default for single IO-APIC systems
Ever since 3.0.2 we''ve been carrying this patch in our products. Since
there was no indication that there would be anything wrong with the
''new'' IO-APIC ack method added back then, we finally decided to drop
this patch recently from SLE11, to find that the subsequent release
candidate failed to work on at least on system without using
"ioapic_ack=old". With

Hello All,
Does anyone know what is the current status of RHEL 5.2 x86_64 with respect

In the following link

ntp queries not being answered
Hello All,
My name is Gaurav, and I am tasked with configuring a linux box with
NTP.
I am having a problem that I hope you can help me with.
We have installed CentOS V5 on 1 processor down in the lab. The rest of
the processors on the network are AIX boxes versions 3.2.5 and 5.2. I
worked through the entire initial NTP configuration; setup the
/etc/ntp.conf file to point to the server, etc.

Consider this batchfile
mkdir tmp
cd tmp
put rpt.list
